Administrator Request
Hi! I am Derek O'Neal or shovelknighthd, and I am Johnny O'Neal's son and Christopher O'Neal's nephew. Not every room and hero card is here, and I have access to them all. If I get administrator, I could make this wiki look better and add more pages. If you could do that I would greatly appreciate this. (My dad recommended this.)
Is anyone out there?
With the launch of Rise of the Minibosses, I thought there would be a ton of activity here, but I see none. I'm wondering who the admins are and what I can do to help out. I may be a little late to the party, but I love this game and would like to see more activity here.
Adding Combo sections on each card
So, my thought was that, since comboing cards with one another is a good strategy for essentially all cards, and since many cards getting along with specific cards, I was thinking of going through and adding a Combo section for each Boss, Room and Spell card, as well as the Item Cards. As far as the Item cards go, I would do both combos with the Boss Effect, but also maybe combos that could occur off of a Hero that has an Item.
Added some cards featured in the Kickstarter Updates
So, I've spent the past couple of days adding and changing some things concerning cards that have come from Boss Monster: The Next Level, such as all of the dragon's names that were being auctioned on eBay, and some cards that were featured in the updates, including a few cards from the Portable Power Expansion.
I've also gone and added a Strategy section to each Room card in the Room page, and some Spell cards (if not all of them, I forget), which features situations where a card can really shine. Everyone can add other situations where a card works well in those sections. Personal experience from playing helps fill those sections out nicely.
Rulings?
I had an idea a few weeks ago. Some cards can be taken in different way as far as rulings. So I was thinking maybe we can put up an advanced rulings for certain cards. For instance, a common question for Monster's Ballroom is: Does the card count towards the total? And that answer is yes.
Let me know what you think.
Any Issues?
If anyone has any issues with information in the Wiki post a comment here. Doing my best to make everything accurate and make sure there aren't to many spelling error but setting this up on my own means there are bound to be a few mistakes from time to time.
